Returns Policy

Should any product purchased be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, supplied in error or differing from the description given on the website we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product. If the veterinary practice supplies an item in error that was not part of the order placed, please contact the practice to have the goods uplifted.

In the event of you purchasing an item mistakenly and through no fault of ours, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the item is returned to the PO Box address below in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

All returns must be accompanied by your corresponding returns slip clearly marking the item you are returning to us with a reason for the return within 7 days of delivery. The cost for returning the goods will lie with you the customer.

Any return which does not meet the conditions set forth above will not be refunded or replaced.
